All bookings made through the hotel's official website require a valid credit card as a guarantee.
For prepaid bookings, you must pay in advance with a valid credit card.
If payment is made by credit card and the cardholder does not arrive at the hotel, please provide a written authorization form on the hotel's form with the cardholder's signature, along with a copy of the credit card and a copy of the cardholder's identification. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if you are unable to present the credit card used to make the prepaid booking or if the hotel does not receive the cardholder's written authorization before the check-in date.
For non-prepaid bookings, you can pay by cash or bank transfer or by credit card such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB.
